What the Email API is for
The Email API lets you integrate seamless, reliable email delivery directly into your apps and workflows. Instead of sending campaigns by hand, your systems send emails automatically, triggered by what your users do.
Common uses:
- Welcome new users when they sign up.
- Send real-time order confirmations to your customers.
- Enrich customer profiles with email data.
- Send instant security alerts to protect accounts.
- Synchronize email with your other data systems.
Easy integration
Quickly add reliable email delivery to your apps and workflows. Use triggers in your products or workflows to send emails, or assemble them dynamically from your client data. With an API, an SDK, and detailed documentation, setting up simple or complex email workflows is fast, with excellent deliverability so your emails reach the inbox. If you need help, the same team you already work with is here, from integration to optimization.
Personalized and branded content
Personalize emails at scale. Incorporate client data, manage multiple variables, add personalization, and build dynamic segmentation through the API. You can unlock the full potential of your client, product, or account data to create impactful, personalized email experiences that stand out.
Analytics and reporting
Monitor and optimize performance with advanced reports and analytics. Get deliverability and performance metrics for specific campaigns or your overall email program, with real-time status updates and delivery monitoring to spot and resolve issues quickly. Access detailed analytics for each email (delivery time, engagement, full event logs) and build reports to keep your team, clients, or managers informed.
