Troubleshooting
Save as template option is missing or grayed out
- Make sure the campaign is in draft or sent status, not currently sending
- Verify you're in the email editor, not the campaign preview
- Try refreshing the page if the option doesn't appear
Template saved but can't find it
- Check the "My Templates" section when creating a new campaign
- Verify the template name doesn't contain special characters
- Search for it under the right category or filter
- Make sure you're logged into the correct account
Template changes aren't saving
- Make sure you clicked "Save Template" after naming it
- Check if there's a character limit for template names
- Verify your internet connection is stable during saving
- Try saving with a different name if the first attempt fails
Template looks different when reusing
- Confirm all images are still hosted at their original URLs
- Check if merge tags or dynamic content need to be updated
- Verify custom fonts are still available
- Examine if linked stylesheets are still accessible
