Description
It's possible to completely delete a campaign draft from your account. There is, however, a restriction on deleting campaigns; they can only be deleted in draft mode or before they are sent.
Why It's Important
You'll be able to clean up your draft list using this option if it's cluttered with drafts you won't use and that cause confusion. You might have created a duplicate that no longer serves a purpose, so delete it here to keep your workspace organized.
You cannot recover deleted drafts, so be careful not to delete something important.
Step-by-Step Instructions
-
In the left menu, select Campaigns, then Emails, and locate the draft
-
Select the arrow button to the right. Click to open the menu.
-
The option to delete the draft will appear. Then, select Delete Draft
Important Notice
Please note that once a draft is deleted, this action cannot be undone.
